The U.S. Government and UMI are natural partners. Through programs, such as S.N.A.P, the government is working towards helping those who are in need. UMI’s initiatives are not meant to replace the government’s programs, but instead, are meant to help those programs become more effective and engaging. There is increasing doubt that providing food stamps fully improves a person’s life because that is just one aspect of necessity, among many. Through our approach, members who might be out of practice in their ability to warrant governmental support will be better identified, thereby, improving the efficiency of government programs. We will open channels for upward mobility that organically enhances the lives of our members, resulting in increased tax revenue and decreased government spending.
